Why choose Coconut Flour over All Purpose Flour?

In terms of health benefits, being naturally gluten-free is the main advantage that coconut flour has over all-purpose flour which is great news for anybody with gluten allergy or nut allergies and celiac disease. It is lower in carbohydrates and is therefore suitable for a lower carbohydrate diet. Best results are seen when mixed with one or two other alternative flours such as nut flours, oat flour, chickpea flour, which can help increase binding.
